The Guardian

 

The Guardian is a British national daily newspaper. Founded in 1821, it has grown from a local newspaper to national newspaper. In August 2013, The Guardian (in its paper form) had an average daily circulation of 189,000 copies, behind The Daily Telegraph and The Times. The newspapers online form was the third most read newspaper in the world. Its print and online editions reach almost 9 million readers.

The Times

 

The Times is a national British newspapers, first published in London in 1785. The Times and its sister newspaper The Sunday Times have had their online form since 1999.

The Daily Telegraph

 

The Daily telegraph is a daily British newspaper, published in London. The newspaper was founded in June 1855. Its sister newspaper is called The Sunday Telegraph. Online version of the newspaper contains articles both from The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph. Telegraph.co.uk became the most popular newspaper web site in UK in April 2008, later overtaken by guardian.com.

BBC Radio 1 is a British radio station operated by British Broadcasting Corporation , focusing on current popular music and chart hits. It is aimed at the 15 - 29 age group.

BBC Radio 2 is another British radio station and it is the most popular station in the United Kingdom. The station is aimed at adults over 35, eventhough it has attracted many younger listeners in recent years. Its daytime playlist features music from 1960s to current chart hits. In 2009, Radio 2 won the Music Week Award for National Radio Station of the Year.

BBC Radio 3  is a radio station aimed at classical music and opera as well as jazz, world music, drama culture and the arts. The station is notable for its broadcasting of BBC Proms concerts, live and full as well as performances by the BBC Orchestra and Singers.
